Why carry out Health and Safety Inspections?

Reduce costly accidents on your sites and within your workplace with ACA’s site health and safety inspection service. We provide the most comprehensive site and workplace safety inspection service available to assist you to manage your site / workplace safety wherever you are.

Health and Safety inspections are carried out by our fully qualified consultants who hold a minimum of a NEBOSH qualification.

Whilst demonstrating compliance to Regulations, the health and safety inspection service process gives you an ongoing opportunity to review your workplace safety from an independent viewpoint.

Its not just a policing exercise, but a valuable opportunity to increase the health and safety knowledge of the workplace team through discussions on working practices.

You benefit from knowing what is happening in your workplace, whether you are there or not. Our report will be sent electronically by Email to enable you to monitor the health and safety progress of your locations from anywhere in the world.

What to expect

While carrying our construction site inspections or workplace inspections our consultants will:

  • Walk with your senior site representative and discuss the current health and safety situation and how the site will develop.
  • Carry out a Health and Safety Audit on some of the basic site documentation (and subcontractor documentation) and make constructive comments as necessary.
  • Complete a detailed report form which is relayed by Email to your office within 24 hours.
  • Communicate any issues with your senior site representative.

The amount of time spent carrying out the construction site inspection or the workplace inspection depends entirely upon the complexity and scope of the site, however, the quality of our work is paramount and it would be unusual for our consultants to carry out more than three safety inspections on your sites in any one day.
